I hired Kishe to do a move out clean. Her communication was great, even when I asked to change the date. She and her employee showed up on time. I gave her a list I received from our property manager the items that needed to be cleaned. She told me she would be done by 2. That’s when things went downhill. I showed up at 2, she said they needed more time. It didn’t look like they had done anything. I came back 2 hours later, it looked the same. I ran an errand and came back. There were several items that I asked to have them redo. My property manager took 168 photos, and had to hire another company to finish the job. Kishe and her employee were there from 9am-6:30pm. The house was completely empty, for the move out clean, and it didn’t look like they had done anything. I paid her $500, and after being charged from our property manager, I asked for over a week for her to return 1/2 of the payment. She has not responded to phone calls, texts, emails or facebook messages. I would NOT recommend her.
